We want you to be happy with The Mindful Space: Coaching Hub. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase.

Refunds outside the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law and Paddle's refund handling. Partial months, unused features and change of mind after the 14-day window are not normally refunded.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us directly at the email shown on the Service. You can also reach Paddle's support directly from any receipt or invoice email.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area inside the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
