Who is The Mindful Space for?

How do my clients join?

Accepted Answer

You invite them by email from your workspace and they set up their own account in a couple of taps — clients invited by a coach use the hub at no cost. You can also set up onboarding so every new client is automatically assigned your coaching agreement, an intake form and their starter goals as soon as they accept.

What is a pathway?

A pathway is the shape of your practice — Coaching Psychology, Personal Training, or both. It decides which tools appear in your workspace and on each client page (for example workouts and nutrition only show up if you need them), and it tailors the metrics on your insights dashboard.

Can I take recurring payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set up your packages and session bundles as products, and use memberships for clients on an ongoing arrangement. Card payments are optional: connect your own Stripe account from Integrations and funds go directly to you, with a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe's own fees. Invoices settled outside the app stay fee-free.

How does pricing work?

There is a free tier and paid tiers billed monthly by Paddle. Clients invited by a coach use the hub at no cost. You can cancel at any time — no long contracts.

Do you take a cut of client payments?

Accepted Answer

Not on invoices settled outside the app — invoicing simply tracks what you're owed and lets clients download PDFs, and we never hold client funds. If you switch on optional Stripe card payments, funds go directly to your own Stripe account and a 1% platform fee applies on top of Stripe's own fees.

Who owns the data — me or my clients?

You own your account data and your clients own their personal reflections (which are private and never visible to coaches). You can export or delete your workspace at any time.

Question 8

Is my clients' data private and secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Messages, goals, sessions and files are scoped to the coach–client relationship using row-level security. Private reflections are never visible to coaches. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

Question 9

Does it replace tools like Calendly, Google Drive or WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

For coach–client work, yes — appointments, resources, messaging, agreements and feedback all live in one hub. Google Calendar sync is built in so your existing calendar keeps working.

Do I need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. The hub runs in any modern browser and installs to your phone's home screen in one tap — it then launches full-screen like a native app, with push notifications supported.

Question 11

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you'll retain access until the end of your current period. Your workspace data stays intact if you resubscribe.

Question 12

My coach invited me — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Open the invitation link in the email your coach sent you and create your account with that same email address. Client accounts are free and only visible to you and your coach. The link expires after a while, so if it no longer works just ask your coach to resend it.

Question 13

Do clients need to sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a short sign-up is needed so your notes, goals and messages are protected behind your own password, and so you can give consent for your data to be held. It takes a couple of taps from the invitation link.

Question 14

I never received my invitation or confirmation email

Accepted Answer

Check your spam or junk folder and search for 'themindfulspace'. If nothing is there, ask your coach to resend the invitation, or contact us and we'll check our delivery records.

Question 15

I can't sign in

Accepted Answer

Use 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page to set a new password — the reset link lasts one hour. If you originally joined with 'Continue with Google', sign in that same way and use the same Google address.

Question 16

I signed up as the wrong type of account

Accepted Answer

Coaches sign up from the Create account page; clients join through their coach's invitation. If your account ended up the wrong way round, message us and we'll switch it over for you — nothing is lost.

How do I get help once I'm signed in?

Every account has a Help & Guide section explaining each part of the app, and a Support section for messaging our team. Replies arrive under Support and by email.
